Black/African American high school seniors; US citizen or permanent resident; strong academics, leadership, service and financial need.

  • Open to U.S. citizens, permanent residents
  • Must be Black/African American (stated on official page; no ethnicity vocabulary entry made). Excel academically; leadership potential; community service; financial need. SAT/ACT not required.
