Must be an NYS resident, graduate in the top 10% of their high school class, and enroll in an approved STEM program. Recipients must agree to live and work in a STEM field in New York State for five years after graduation.
$5,000 a year · about $20,000 over 4 years
Awarded to academically talented, low-income students majoring in Bioscience or Applied Mathematics. Must have demonstrated financial need as determined by the financial aid office.
Covers full undergraduate resident tuition, room, board, and allowances for books, supplies, and transportation.
Available to children, spouses, and financial dependents of deceased firefighters, volunteer firefighters, police officers, peace officers, and emergency medical service workers who died as a result of injuries sustained in the line of duty
